Experienced HR Business Partner with a pragmatic approach. Supporting organisations in achieving aims and growth through people focused solutions and strategy. Passionate about employee engagement and people development; making a difference to support colleagues in their working lives.Varied local and global HR experience; specialising in staff transfers. Key achievements include:• HR lead on acquisition for c.200 employees, managing end to end TUPE and onboarding. Responsibilities included commercial reviews and pension solution, for a deal that significantly increased the business market share. Pension approach was critical factor in go/no-go board decision. • Partnering with external consultants and a cross-business talent development group; designed and delivered leadership and coaching training. Responsible for mobilising of other internal trainers and being an internal coach, for a programme accessible to all employees. Programme supported peer to peer coaching, self-reflection, action planning and cross-business networking.• Cohort lead for talent development programme; creating and promoting an inclusive approach through applications. Successful feedback and programme recommendations taken forward by the business as well as development for over 50% of those involved, within 12 months of programme.• Part of a team and organisation fostering a strong employee voice and continuous feedback loop, resulting in year on year employee engagement progress, including recognition as a GPTW best workplace.
