Initiated and managing multiple projects to strengthen infrastructure partnerships, especially with Marketing and Compliance, to create better workflows, efficiencies and understanding of deliverables in order to optimize EM platform using existing constrained resources. Mapped Research production and distribution \"pipes & plumbing\" to identify gaps, updates and maintenance that need to be consistently administered to improve quality and timeliness of EM research. Create research calendar to clarify branding lanes and rebranding opportunities, coverage mix/strategy balance and appropriate cadence of white papers. Currently working with EM editor and Marketing to establish style guide for better storytelling,\"hooks\", and video, visual and graphics support. Cultivating traditional and complementary distribution venues to yield higher Sales and client engagement, including MS.com and MSIM.com coverage, Channel Marketing, Eaton Vance blog, and social media. Currently developing a social media calendar, build-out of EM network, formalization of feedback reporting, and mapping of Sales channels, similar to Research map above. On-going collaboration on Digital Asset education initiative to educate MSIM senior management on the asset class, ecosystem and its various use cases and potential for investment managers. Responsibilities for seven modules include content development and review, module design, scripting & voiceover (AI), and user testing. Launched Digital Asset branding for all communications. Provide editing, marketing and distribution support, including the premiere macro piece on the potential for digital de-dollarization.
