   Government Operations Claims is a core UnitedHealthcare Benefit Operations division. Responsible for leading the configuration team that works on the COSMOS and NICE platforms. Leadership and oversight of all Benefit Configuration and Case Installation (BCCI) work streams (AEP, Business Controls, Documentation, iBAAG, Benefit Config, Case Install, DNSP) which include a team of 76 individuals across 4 workstreams. Oversee delivery of seamless Medicare Advantage AEP (Annual Enrollment Program) for M+R COSMOS, NICE & PDP business ready for open enrollment and upcoming plan year.Under my leadership we have continued to meet and/or exceed all timeline and Group Retiree implementations for AEP. Responsible for monthly metrics for inventory turnaround time, quality and project milestones as well as striving for continual improvement. To date in 2022 we have met all monthly metrics and in some instances exceeded goals. Responsible for supporting Employee and Business needs across global site locations and time zones including 11 individuals in Letterkenny, Ireland on my team. Accountability of Benefit Business Controls including delivery of effective Benefit Implementation and Internal Audit Program to support continuous quality improvement within BCCI work streams and SOX Audit Program. Continually look to identify process improvement opportunities and deliver solutions across BCCI work streams for efficiency, quality improvements and automation capabilities. In 2022 we have created a new Inventory solution, a document retention solution as well as streamlined DSNP teamAt regular intervals present to senior management on the performance of BCCI and how are supporting the enterprise
