I joined the Tower Hill Team in 2010 as the Director of Social Services. A year after my employment with the company, I changed positions and became the Memory Care Unit Director for the state certified dementia unit in the facility. After a brief period, I accepted a promotion to be the Assistant Administrator and work directly under the Administrator and Owner of the facility. Several months after that, I was honored to become the Administrator of such a great facility.
