One of my most exciting endeavors is spearheading Nestlé\'s global strategic relationship with Amazon since 2020. Together with my team, we empowered our brands to effectively engage and connect with consumers on the Amazon platform and achieved an impressive 31% three-year compound annual growth rate (CAGR). We developed cutting-edge global digital shelf monitoring capabilities and have positioned Nestlé to win with our consumers on this dynamic platform.Throughout my tenure, I’ve had the privilege to work across various teams within the Nestlé family. For more than 26 years, I advanced my career at Nestlé Purina PetCare. As Vice President of the Market Development Organization, I played a pivotal role in driving brand growth and category/channel expansion to advance the lives of pets and people every day. Leading the Golden Products Division, we achieved consistent growth, expanded our product portfolio through innovative offerings, and solidified Tidy Cats\' position as the market leader, ensuring a sustainable and thriving business.I am deeply committed to fostering thriving cultures that fuel innovation, disruption and growth.
