About Vicki Cox

My career in the mortgage industry actually began when I was an insurance agent back in the mid 80’s. I worked with realtors from whom I obtained leads to contact for homeowners insurance for their new home purchase. This led me to a friend who started me as a loan originator and I was hooked. I quickly learned the industry and found how much I enjoyed helping customers achieve homeownership. Moving forward, I opened my own mortgage broker shop and continued on to work at Fifth Third Bank, As my journey continued, I learned a number of new skills and polished others. I have expanded my base of knowledge and still continue to learn. Being the best at what I do has always been a goal of mine and I work hard to achieve it. Since I have had exposure to nearly every piece of the mortgage business I would be an asset to any company that would ask me to join their team. Since I have been a Processing Manager I have been a part of assuring that customers receive an exceptional experience. Since home buying can often be stressful it is important to make it the best experience that a customer can have. I also can monitor production, service level agreements, overall pipeline reporting, and monitor for maximum performance. I take a hands on approach to my job to provide coaching, feedback, process improvement, training, and deliver it within set time limits. My goal it to deliver a quality customer experience and to help my sales partners achieve success!
