We provide a claims and legal solutions service of both pre-litigation and post-litigation claims. As Recovery Operations Manager, I lead a team of six Claims Managers across two sites in Blisworth and Tamworth. The Recovery product area has 50+ employees and growing. Key responsibilities:Provide strategic leadership and development to ensure the best possible performance and service for our corporate clients including some of the largest UK fleets, and MGAs. Dealing with ULR and ILR generating £millions in annual returns for our clients. Primarily in the Motor space but also Travel & Property recoveries.Managing operational performance productivity and service delivery against client SLAs and financial targets.Ensuring technical excellence and regulatory compliance across 13k+ open claims.Working closely with senior stakeholders to optimise litigation strategy and recovery outcomes.Driving customer-focused improvements, using insights and data to shape decision making but most of all, understanding our clients\' business needs.Developing talent to grow our own future leaders, insurance professionals and qualified Solicitors with strong engagement.Working in a truly fast paced environment where agility is second nature and providing a best in class, bespoke service is standard.
