With Vicki, you feel like she takes ownership of your project, like it’s her own.” These types of partnerships inspire me to collaborate with my clients and ensure we create and deliver a solution that will allow them to be successful and grow as a financial institution.I’ve been in the financial sector for the majority of my professional life, starting as a Teller in high school at my hometown bank and quickly learning how to interact with customers and focus on their needs. Directly out of college, I started my career in the information technology industry and found a passion as a team lead in the quality control department. That position fueled my desire to learn as much as I could about my products so that I could be the subject matter expert and provide client guidance and product development feedback. Throughout my 19+ year career I’ve had the opportunities to focus on Product Management, Project Management, Success Management and most recently, Functional Consulting. I meticulously contributed to all of these roles with my drive to ensure success for my clients and my peers.I am excited to be part of an organization where I can continue to work with clients to help them discover the potential that software can provide to enhance their internal collaboration, customer service and sales growth. In conjunction with serving clients, I aspire to continue my work as a team leader and peer mentor as I believe that the key to the success of a company first starts with the employees. Being part of a collaborative, passionate and fun team energizes me to go above and beyond each day for my company.
