As CEO of \'The Sleep Charity\', I am dedicated to advancing sleep health through our nationally recognised support services. My advocacy efforts have culminated in significant campaigns such as the launch of a sleep manifesto and \'The Wake Up Call\' initiative in Westminster. With a focus on public awareness, I champion the inclusion of sleep on the public health agenda and for accessible, evidence-based support.Leading our training programmes, I ensure that our accredited courses empower both parents and practitioners to address sleep issues effectively. Partnering with universities and hospitals, our team develops innovative projects that contribute to the field of sleep health research. I am committed to improving society and support a number of small charities on a pro-bono basis.
