As Head of Culture Transformation I help Culture Shift\'s partners to identify, tackle and work to prevent cultures of bullying, harassment, discrimination and sexual misconduct. Using trend analysis from our award-winning software I provide expert and evidence-based advice and guidance on the prevention of unacceptable behaviour.I provide expert advice and guidance on complex equality, diversity and inclusion challenges faced by our Partner network, within the framework of relevant legislation. As well as offering training and help to organise events to promote equality, diversity and inclusion to Culture Shift’s partners and team members.I lead on organising our Community of Practice, a forum for individuals working in organisation to create positive behaviour change.
