Rejoined Georgetown Law’s full-time faculty in December 2024 after federal service as a Presidential appointee. Develop and teach courses to law students (J.D, L.L.M.) and policy graduate students (M.P.P.) in environmental law, policy advocacy, land use, and climate change law and policy after serving nearly four years as EPA\'s Associate Administrator for Policy. Supervise doctoral (S.J.D.) student’s dissertation work on climate migration. Serve as Chair of Georgetown University faculty working group on contingency planning and on the faculty advisory boards to the Georgetown Climate Center and the Georgetown Environmental Law Review.
