ABOUT VICKEE WALTHALL

Vickee Walthall is a Real Estate Advisor with Coastal Properties Group International and Forbes Global Properties. Originally from Kansas City, Missouri, Vickee and her husband Russ also a Realtor with Coastal, owned property and would vacation here in the Clearwater Beach area and owned a second home on Island Estates. When the opportunity evolved to relocate, returning to the beaches she knew and loved was a very easy choice! Vickee has an Advertising, Design, and Marketing degree, which she attributes to her eye for detail. She is exceptional with people and is a great listener and communicator to her clients. Vickee started her Real Estate career in Her knowledge was immensely expanded as she worked side by side with her Builder/Realtor husband Russ Walthall. This experience is where she developed her keen negotiating skills not only with just clients but also with all the contractors, vendors, city planners, and architects. Vickee and her husband are out of the building business altogether and work together selling Real Estate. As a Top Producer in Missouri, it is no surprise that she is also a Top Producer in Florida. She is a hard worker and very tenacious. Vickee will pride herself in explaining everything to the customer.\"No one likes surprises, and everything is always smooth when you know what to expect\". She says, “Buying and Selling Real Estate is about communication, education, and understanding the needs of the Client, which is what makes everyone happy, just knowing what to expect!” Vickee is also active in the community. When she is not working with clients in her Real Estate world, she is usually at the Clearwater Marine Aquarium, where she has been a volunteer for several years. She worked with the Marine Mammals department before the first movie A Dolphin Tale. Yet her most cherished time is being one-on-one with baby dolphin Hope, holding her, giving her kisses, and feeding her bottles. “I may never experience that again in my life! It is so amazing what they do there, had it not been for organizations like CMA all the animals at our rescue facility would have perished in the wild. There is no greater feeling than being surrounded by such amazing people who care and give so much time as volunteers. In addition, she is an active member of the Clearwater Chamber, Island Estates Civic Association, and Certified Luxury Homes Marketing Specialist GUILD Member, and she attends several networking groups.
