My role is to manage, identify and develop continuous and sustainable improvements within Baltimore Consulting. I aim to improve customer experience and service delivery efficiencies. As the senior lead for the business, I ensure all clients and client stakeholders experience a “Customer First” approach to the highest calibre. I develop and promote a culture of continuous improvement, focusing on our customer experience through business development, as well as supporting the sales team in their customer first delivery.
