   Develop and manage CLTWater Security & Preparedness (S|P) strategic and operational components - Lead, guide and support CLTWater executives, division-program-project managers, site supervisors, S|P staff, general staff, contractors and agency partners regarding physical security ops/projects and emergency mitigation/response plans and procedures for natural events (pandemics, hurricanes, floods, earthquakes, snow), and operational incidents (mechanical/infrastructure emergencies or hazardous materials spills)- Support achievement of organizational goals as a CLTWater Leadership Team Member - Co-manage a shared,$1M operating budget with Safety & Risk Manager, manage $200K annual Water Security Capital Investment Program, supervise two full-time S|P employees and an embedded contract security Lieutenant with 12 armed and unarmed guards - Serve on-call as primary CLTWater security and emergency POC/liaison during utility, city, community and regional planned events and unplanned incidents - Monitor, manage and respond accordingly to outside and inside security risks/threats and criminal activity that directly or peripherally impact the utility - Ensure delivery of security/disaster awareness, preparedness and response training - Gather and analyze data; provide feedback & counsel, conduct security assessments and interpret laws and regulations- Write, produce & deliver documents (policies, procedures, specifications, guidelines-instructions, research, training) and share-present among industry-technical, targeted and general audiences
