I manage three areas:(1) commercializing the dairy related technologies of the CDR and market them to private sector companies with result of creating jobs and increasing purchases from United States milk suppliers.(2) work with entrepreneurial and established companies to assist in the development of new technologies and (3) the Dairy Business Innovation Alliance (DBIA). TURBO accomplishments include:1. Received over $1 million of grant funding from the WI Econ.Dev. Corp. to assist TURBO clients in buying equipment to support the production of their new products and the purchase of aseptic prototype development equipment with a focus on R&D beverage development.2. TURBO works with on average 55 client start-ups and expansions per year.3. Manager of the DBIA, a five state USDA supported program focusing on dairy farm diversification,\"vale added\" product development and increasing dairy product exports.
