ABOUT VIBYA NATANA

When it’s time to bridge opportunities with innovators, uncover hidden talent, people know exactly who to call: Vibya! I’m skilled at designing the operational systems that turn vision into sustainable action. As a South Sudanese-Canadian Social Impact Leader, Non-Profit Consultant, and Macro-Level Social Worker I bring 10 years of experience in non-profit leadership, governance, and community engagement to my work. I help organizations and communities create systems supported by holistically-minded leaders, committed to building for depth. Recent highlights of my career include co-founding and leading a provincial non-profit (Black in Saskatchewan) during my undergraduate studies and under the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic which continues to engage community members through advocacy, cultural programming, and policy work, in addition to representing youth globally as a Canadian delegate to the UN Permanent Forum for People of African Descent and alumna of the Black Diplomats Academy. My professional background spans community safety and wellbeing, organizational development and capacity building, and program development, equipping me to help teams navigate complexity while expanding their reach, impact, and structural depth. Currently, I serve as Attaché for Economic Development & Executive Affairs with Developing Young Leaders of Tomorrow, Today (DYLOTT) advancing youth networks, global representation, and strategic partnerships.
