I leverage my expertise in SAP SuccessFactors, a cloud-based human resource management system, to source, screen, and select the best talent for the company.Previously, I worked as a Lead - Recruitment & Client Interactions at VDart, where I managed a team of 12 technical recruiters and established strong partnerships with upper management and hiring managers across multiple clients nationwide. I drove the team\'s metrics from sourcing to submission, submission to interview, and interview to closure, and acted as a single point of contact for the client to resolve issues on interviews, paperworks, hires, and rates negotiations. I also trained new hires and made them accustomed with the new work environment and process.I have a Bachelor\'s degree in Mechanical Engineering, and I am passionate about recruiting professionals who can make a difference in the engineering industry.
