ABOUT VIBHUSHA RAVAL

I am an award-winning senior product owner working in Agentic and AI Services platform. At Lloyds Banking Group, I\'m leading organisation\'s transformation by leveraging Data, GenAI and Cloud capabilities. I consider every obstacle as an opportunity to grow and work collaboratively with teams. I have exceeded expectations in my role and have been recognised by the Leadership Team. I enjoy problem-solving and adapting to change. I’m cultivating a career where I can make a positive impact and harness the power of AI to deliver products that benefit the business. I have MSc and BSc in Computing and I am a continuous learner. As a Senior Leader I also have had opportunities to work with Google and Microsoft to learn about their capabilities and how we can bring them into Lloyds Banking Group.In 2019, excited by the endless possibilities in Technology, I joined BT and its mission to go Beyond Limits! At BT, I delivered automation used by 350+ users across 14 countries. I lead a team of 4 and delivered £230k/year of recurring benefits. I\'ve also worked on products that used Google Maps API to display 5G capacity across the UK. I also led the Women in Tech community at BT, taught coding to 350+ kids from Suffolk, gave an interview about Diversity and Inclusion in Tech at BBC Radio Suffolk, and won a recognition award from CTO, BT. In July 2021, I joined GSK to lead a team of 6 early in my career. I\'ve not only worked on a most critical delivery which helps 136 stakeholders get accurate, timely, and reliable data to make informed decisions but also delivered $12.4 Million/year savings! I continued to give back by being a mentor on Teens in AI, Mentor To Go, and volunteered for a school to bring awareness of plenty of roles within Tech in a fun way to engage 16-year-olds! I received the Global Recognition Award for my contributions. I also participated in the biggest demerger of the past 10 years when GSK Consumer became a new FTSE 100 company named Haleon. As a Scrum Master, I\'ve supported multiple squads at Haleon and supported the transformation of the organisation to deliver health with humanity. I\'ve led the PI Quarterly Planning and facilitated 250+ ceremonies while at Haleon.With self-development at the core of my personality; whether that be my technical abilities, or volunteering to help women progress their careers in Data and AI, I am always determined to go above and beyond for continuous improvement.
