About Vibhu Vanjari
Hi I\'m Vibhu! I am passionate about business strategy, technology management and sustainability. In a job/company I value the ability to grow, work on meaningful tasks and trust that enables ownership and responsibility. After working in a variety of customer facing roles and leading cross-functional teams at Texas Instruments, I decided to pursue an MBA to hone my leadership skills, round out my business knowledge, make some amazing new friends and spend time reflecting on my strengths, weaknesses and interests. At Texas Instruments, I had the pleasure of working with customers across the world, tackling new challenges and advocating for new features while simultaneously building expertise in various sectors - aerospace and defense, telecom, automotive and industrials. I enjoyed identifying and chasing down the issues that lacked clear ownership and solving problems as a team. Driven by my love for science and passion for understanding people, I obtained a dual degree in Electrical Engineering and Organizational Psychology from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. As an analytical driver, I push myself and my team to formulate a solution to a problem efficiently while relying on data.
