I\'m currently working as the Key Account Manager as part of the Major Accounts Team at Tata-AIG. As a team, we look after the client relationships for the largest corporate clients of the company for both Direct and Broking Channel with a goal to increase Wallet Share in profitable business segments of each client. In the current role, my responsibilities include: • Generating new business by developing and maintaining strategic relationships with the large corporates, gauging requirements and providing customized solutions • Converting Broker driven tactical conversations to client level strategic conversations & maintaining account level portfolio strategy to ensure participation and overall profitability • Maintaining relationships with ecosystem stakeholders such as Brokers, Underwriters, Reinsurance, Valuation and Loss Control Experts to ensure control over business decisions • Leading the delivery of Value-Added Services across Property, Marine and Liability lines to top 5 clients across sectors ensuring higher customer satisfaction Previously, I was the City Sales Head for Ambala + 3 districts in Haryana for the High Opportunity Markets Vertical of Tata-AIG. In this role, I was responsible for: • Leading the sales team with complete P&L ownership for the Agency, Banca and Broking Channels • Analysis of Claims and Cost of Acquisition for all major OEM partners, to minimize underwriting losses • Working in tandem with Local Teams of Brokers to support the Channel Partners and ensure customer satisfaction at all touch points • Creating a strategy to scale-up an additional city based on market share and opportunities I\'ve completed my MBA in Sales and Marketing from SIBM, Bengaluru in 2017 and have been with Tata-AIG since then.
