ABOUT VIBHOR GOEL

I am a valuation professional with over nine years of experience advising global clients on business valuations, M&A support, and financial due diligence. As a member of Houlihan Lokey’s Corporate Valuation Advisory Services (CVAS) practice, I support client services across India and the broader Asia region, collaborating with global teams to deliver high-impact valuation insights and strategic advisory solutions. My expertise spans multiple sectors, including information technology, retail, manufacturing, engineering, infrastructure, real estate, and consumer goods.Before joining Houlihan Lokey, I served as an Associate Vice President at D and P Advisory, where I led pan-India valuation teams and managed complex client engagements. Prior to that, I was a Senior Consultant at Duff & Phelps, overseeing valuation advisory services for the New Delhi region. Throughout my career, I have executed valuations for corporate restructuring, strategic transactions, divestitures, mergers, and demergers. My experience also includes intangible asset valuations (brands, IP, etc.), regulatory compliance (FEMA, income tax), and financial reporting under Ind-AS, U.S. GAAP, and IFRS. Additionally, I have contributed to social impact fundraises and audit exercises, demonstrating versatility and commitment to value creation.I hold a Bachelor of Management Studies (B.M.S.) from Shaheed Sukhdev College of Business Studies at the University of Delhi and am a CFA charterholder, actively participating as a member of the CFA Society of India.
