Machine Learning/NLP\\\\n\\\\nRecommendation system for rediscovering similar bugs/support requests. Used a hybrid model based on logistic regression and Neural Networks for building a recommendation system that recommends similar issues (filed as bugs) for a given bug. We used text features such as subject, bug description,\\\\ncategory, error stacks. We also built a word2vec model for doing text similarity as part of the matching process.
