I take pride in “jugaad”, an Indian term which means coming up with innovative solutions by utilizing the resources at hand. I believe detailed prior knowledge is less important than a way of thinking. This belief helps me leverage the things I do know, to investigate the things which I don’t. I keep asking myself \"why?\", till I reach the underlying fundamentals. I integrate the new learnings with my existing mental model. This adds a dimension to the way I view things. Travelling extensively across the globe has made me come closer to appreciating diverse perspectives. “To lead is to serve” is my guiding philosophy.
