Now, powering critical infrastructure sectors like railways, airports, and large-scale Infra projects- Launched 2nd Manufacturing Venture of Packaging Films & Reflective Thermal Insulation Sheets - Waveline Industries. Ambicool is now a recognized brand with presence in 10+ North Indian states- Designed and Implemented a company-wide ERP system across 6 locations, streamlining operations for 100+ employees- Cross-Functional Leadership - Led strategy, tech, operations, sales, and go-to-market across all group companies, driving growth in both core and new businesses.Combining operational depth with strategic vision, I’ve helped evolve a legacy enterprise into a diversified, future-ready business group.
