As part of the Army Ordnance Corps, I have been responsible for the Spares and Ammunition Management- With a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and motivating teams in challenging work environments, I am adept at ensuring seamless coordination and ensuring optimum performance- Over the course of my 12 years of military service, I have gained the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced and uncertain environment- I began my career as a Systems Engineer in Tech Mahindra, was inspired by the values of selfless service, honour and strong ethos epitomized by the Indian Army and joined the Indian Army as a Commissioned Officer in 2012- I have 12 years of multi-faceted experience in Operations Management, Project Management, Supply Chain Management, Compliance Audit, Technology Integration, Human Resource Management, Training, and Logistics - Managed specialized and complex Engineering Eco Systems and delivered exceptional Mission Critical Results appreciated by stakeholders at all levels- Swift adaptability, decisiveness, and divergent thinking are some of my key strengths. I am a keen learner who believes that learning is a continuous process and plan my daily routine to include daily improvement- Apart from work, I have a passion for fitness, sports, and reading. I enjoy playing tennis, badminton, squash, and volleyball, and have represented different formations in the Army. I also love reading self-help books that inspire me to grow personally and professionally. Travelling is another hobby that gives me an opportunity to explore new cultures and broaden my perspective.
