   Lead the discovery customer experience for Amazon’s newly launched Sub-Same Day delivery service, enabling customers to receive eligible products in as little as one hour.Own the end-to-end Discovery CX charter across high-traffic surfaces including Homepage, Storefront, Navigation, Personalization, Search, and Recommendations. I lead defining the product vision, roadmap, and success metrics from concept through scale.Drove one of the fastest expansions in Amazon’s history, achieving rapid customer penetration and Prime coverage for a net-new delivery promise operating at massive scale. Partnered closely with engineering, data science, and design to build and evolve high-performance discovery and recommendation systems that accelerate awareness, adoption, and repeat usage.In parallel, own the Metrics charter in setting business goals, defining measurement frameworks, and leading the roadmap in collaboration with Data Science, Engineering, Business Intelligence, and Analytics partners to ensure rigorous, decision-grade insights.Lead go-to-market strategy and execution in partnership with Marketing and Public Relations, directly influencing customer-facing messaging, launch sequencing, and adoption strategy for ultra-fast delivery experiences.
