About Vibhav Chavan
Currently heading the Enterprise Architecture function for HSBC Private Banking and Wealth. Total 20 year of experience with Banking Technology. About 15 years on the legacy technologies like iSeries and 5 years experience on the modern technology and transformation of legacy applications to micro-services.Have been working with two leading banks, which includes ANZ banking group and currently, HSBC technology. Being working in banking IT, have a very good understanding in Retail Banking, Private Banking and Trading systems. Have worked on most business domain, which includes, Retail loans & deposits, Structured products, HNW and UHNW products, Trading and settlements, payments, Digitalization, Data warehouse, data modeling and analytics, compliance and Risk applications.Last two years working in the solution architecture to transform legacy workloads to AWS clusters fronted with gateway on API architecture. Also working on data migration from on-premise to cloud storage wherever possible in consideration with regulations.Recently competed the deployment of AWS RDS and connecting various on premise applications. Have implemented such various patterns for API real-time integration. Working on some of the kafka pipelines for pubsub integration patterns too. Currently in progress many such initiatives moving to cloud based architecture and leading API integration.Actively looking at the complex challenges which includes sensitive workloads in restricted regions. Been actively involved in solution architecture include Internal kubernetes and AWS Outpost.Current Role is Lead Integration architect responsible across region within wealth and personal banking earlier knows as Retail and Private banking.Lastly, free feel to connect with me if you need any help I can offer based on my experience.
