Databricks I (Micro)Strategy | Artificial Intelligence | ThoughtSpot | Informatica | Tableau | Qlik | PowerBI | Agentic AI | Python | Data Science | Talend I Data Strategy I Scrum Master | Project Management | Training | Curriculum Development | End User Adoption I Data Literacy IMy journey began in the tangible world of technology. Those early days, spent elbow-deep in Alienware and Dell XPS systems, taught me the profound impact of unlocking hidden potential. A moment of transformation became the foundation for my career’s true purpose: helping organizations upgrade their most critical systems, not just their hardware, but their people and data capabilities. 14 years ago, I made what seemed like a radical pivot—from hardware to business intelligence and learning development—but in reality, I was still doing what I’d always loved: optimizing performance. Instead of CPUs and GPUs, I now focused on human potential and data workflows. While most consultants obsess over tool implementation, I prioritized understanding. My approach mirrored my hardware roots: diagnosed bottlenecks (knowledge gaps, resistance points), applied precision upgrades (targeted training, not blanket programs), and continuously optimized (iterating based on real-world usage). Behind the scenes, my dream team—curriculum architects, data artists, and subject-matter experts—brought this vision to life through our Adoption Blueprint, a methodology blending technical mastery (MicroStrategy, Power BI, Tableau), neuroscience-based learning design, and change management strategies. As AI reshapes the workplace, data fluency is no longer optional—yet most organizations miss the mark, either throwing tools at problems or relying on rote training. My vision is simpler: Start with the human element. Design systems around how people actually work, not the other way around. I am happy to help with my free Adoption Accelerator Kit. Join my Data Fluency Roundtable or schedule a strategy session. Because whether it’s a gaming PC or an enterprise BI platform, the same rule applies: The best technology is worthless if people can’t wield it well. My mission is to bridge that gap—one “aha” moment at a time.
