Vibha leads Southern Land\'s Technology and Innovation division, to enable the company,and its various single-family communities and multifamily projects, with Technology and Innovation, driving a best-in-class operation that is forward thinking and scalable.As Chief Technology Officer, Vibha identifies, assesses, and implements technology solutions that modernize the core infrastructure by enhancing resilience, scalability, and efficiency. She regularly collaborates with SLC’s in-house teams at various stages of development, from design to property management, to drive a best-in-class technology operation.Vibha brings three decades of experience in IT—including 12+ years of experience specifically in property technology—to her role at SLC. Prior to joining SLC, Gore served as President and CTO for Relata, a property technology platform. This was preceded by her time with Stream Realty Partners, a real estate services company, where she was Vice President, Enterprise, and Business Applications; and several years spent as Vice President, Technology & Innovation for Howard Hughes Corporation. Gore is also a Certified AI Transformation leader (CAITL™).
