Communicating with stake holders to understand the current technical requirement and adhere to it• Handling job postings, identified probable candidates on various media platforms like LinkedIn,Naukri,Hirect,Google X ray search etc• Handling the complete recruitment cycle for sourcing the best talent- Sourcing candidates through Internal Database, Referrals, Job Portals, Head hunting. Working on Vendor payouts.• Providing TA Process related ramp-up session to the new hires in the Talent acquisition team• Co-ordinating and managing the weekend event in the capacity of a Stage Manager, held on Saturdays.• Team POC for scheduling tool Good-Times during the post-launch period. Part of the testing team for the scheduling too
