My work includes extensive backend operations in sales operations department of the company.• Ensure SOPs for each processes are followed and upgrade them to make them user friendly and as per business requirement.• Identify bottlenecks and make necessary changes in SOP\'s to smoothen service operation.• Inform cost of spare & services for out of warranty jobs to customer.• Ensure revenue collection of after sales orders.• Ensure complaint closure within TAT.• Register and handle customer complaints through every channel and providing the after sales service to the customer/clients.• Taking follow ups from Area Service Engineers/Dealers on assigned complaints and queries of the customers. • Managing the complaints/after sale register (sheets) to track the data and record the company’s database.• Internal department coordination among the planning, accounts, logistics, production, human resources and sales in order to complete the customer’s requirements.• Hosting country’s region meetings as planned and circulating the MOM points to the concerned team members.• Updating and sharing the order dispatch details to the customers.
