Experience includes but is not limited to maintenance of $1.1B in infrastructure at the Washington Navy Yard, establishing much needed preventive maintenance programs to increase life cycle expectancy of equipment and systems; management of $150M in Base Operations Support funds for execution across the National Capital Region, enabling Public Works Departments delivery of products and services for military installations; and construction and contract administration of $30M to support the Missile Defense site in Poland, identifying process improvements to efficiently marry resources with desired outcomes.
