Frank is the founder and president of Vianova, Inc. With over 30 years of experience, Frank is an expert in helping teams collaborate and create positive change. He is an admired and trusted advisor, facilitator, and coach known for his skills, experience, and passion.Frank has worked with leaders and organizations from various sectors, including education, technology, social services, performing arts, healthcare, travel and hospitality, banking, financial services, insurance, biotech, and marketing. In addition to his small business and corporate experience, he has served as an interim executive director for several non-profit organizations, making him a skilled observer of organizational dynamics and a valuable asset in identifying effective solutions that drive change.As a trusted advisor, Frank approaches his work with integrity, accountability, and high professional standards, striving to exceed his clients’ expectations in all aspects of his work product. His dedication to using business as a force for good led him to have Vianova certified as a B Corporation, a classification reserved for businesses that adhere to rigorous standards of social and environmental performance, accountability, and transparency. Frank is a B Corp champion, raising awareness of the value of the certification process.Before starting Vianova, Frank worked for American Express Travel for 20 years, where he developed and led successful good citizenship initiatives for the company. In his efforts earned him the American Express Great Citizens Award in honor of the company’s 150th anniversary.When he is not working, Frank enjoys fitness, traveling, and painting.
