My background spans 13+ years across consulting, start ups and scale ups. PwC and Accenture gave me structure and rigour. Operating inside scaling technology businesses gave me speed and judgement. I have worked across AI, blockchain and digital products, and closely with growth and marketing teams, translating strategy into outcomes.What I actually do:• Build operating models, processes, and execution cadences that teams can run without guesswork• Turn complex, ambiguous problems into clear, prioritised execution plans• Work across product, engineering, risk, and operations to deliver reliably at scale• Improve throughput, prioritisation, and delivery effectiveness as organisations grow• Design and run go-to-market strategy alongside growth and marketing teams, from positioning through executionI operate where strategy meets execution and where complexity meets structure.
