His in-house career launched at IKEA\'s corporate headquarters in Brussels, Belgium in 2016 followed by legal internships with San Francisco startups, Udemy and Indiegogo where he focused on DMCA, trademark, and data privacy matters. Victor was 1 of 25 students in the country to be selected by Microsoft and the Hispanic National Bar Association as an Intellectual Property Scholar which included visits to the White House and U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Victor was a member of the University of San Francisco School of Law’s start-up law clinic and graduated in 2018 with a Juris Doctorate degree and an Intellectual Property Law Certificate. He is admitted to the California State Bar Association (soon to be Texas as well) and is CIPP/US certified.
