I have around 15 years of experience in enterprise technology delivery, with the last 7 years focused on leading large Salesforce-driven transformation programmes in consulting environments. These programmes typically span multiple industries, complex organisational structures, and fragmented system landscapes, often involving regulated data, legacy platforms, and distributed onsite–offshore delivery models. Salesforce has been my core platform across multi-cloud implementations, but the work itself has consistently operated within broader enterprise ecosystems rather than standalone implementations.In this context, my role has focused on shaping delivery from the outset — defining solution approach, architectural and implementation standards, integration and data migration strategy, and the governance required to make execution predictable. I’ve led multi-stream teams comprising architects, technical leads, analysts, and delivery specialists, and supported pre-sales, RFP, and tender activities in a PMO and delivery-lead capacity by translating intent into executable scope, assumptions, and delivery models.My approach emphasises making decisions early, establishing clear standards, and maintaining alignment between stakeholders and teams, ensuring complex programmes remain controlled, scalable, and sustainable over time.
