   Heading Entellus Industries’ Indian Operations, a 100% FDI-backed startup and greenfield project with a total investment of USD 20 million. Successfully established Phase 1 of operations to produce 360mtpa of rare earth Neodymium metal and 600 mtpa of NdFeB alloy —key raw materials for permanent magnets used in electric vehicle (EV) motors.Within just two months, secured land from the hands of Honorable Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu in Dec 2022. Commissioned both metal and alloy production plants within two years of project initiation.Currently focused on scaling up operations, commencing commercial production, and further growth funding of $20mln.As a policy advocacy, interacting with Niti Aayog, DAE, various ministries & departments under Government of India, & Government of Tamilnadu, on Rare Earth Self Reliance and National Critical Mineral Mission (NCMM)
