I am currently a Strategy Lead at MassMutual, focused primarily on the Brand, Product and Affiliated Distribution organization. The team focuses on high impact projects to drive the growth and efficiency of the ~6-7k advisors within MMFA, focusing on both protection/insurance solutions and wealth management services.I was previously an Engagement Manager at McKinsey\'s Boston office, where I led cross-functional teams within the Financial Services space, primarily serving wealth & asset managers, insurance providers, and retirement clients (as well as their financial sponsors) on corporate & portfolio strategy, growth/marketing/sales and M&A topics. Outside of work I am an avid fiction reader (35+ books last year), amateur crossword constructor and F1 fan (team Sainz!)I hold an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School, and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering and Economics from Columbia University, where I graduated “Cum Laude” and where I was also a C.
