Managing a team of 15 data scientists for the retail analytics - Delivered a product for optimizing fuels price in US for wholesale business, the project was valued at ~40MM USD per year, it is an ongoing project, we have delivered ~20MM so far- Created “Test and Learn” platform to optimize marketing spends for Shell innovation labs which was adopted by the entire Retail data science team to optimize 30MM marketing spends- Supported the global pricing teams through price optimization for 7 geographies, this initiative was able to save ~20MM in revenue for the last 3 years
