Leadership and Workforce Development is my passion! I am dedicated to teaching, coaching and mentoring professionals in all stages of careers on how to strengthen their emotional intelligence, the secrets to mastering their current roles and strategizing for future roles. My greatest strength is teaching. As a Navy Veteran, I have a Traumatic Brain Injury that has taught me different ways of viewing education and given me the courage to learn various learning strategies. This has made me a stronger teacher and has strengthen my patience and empathy. This has also made me an outlandishly imaginative problem solver. I love to teach others how to learn the language of their career field to strengthen internal relationships and provide the best external customer experience.
