I am the manager of the Identalia srl dental clinic located in Trescore Balneario, in the province of Bergamo We are specialised in implantology and oral surgery. Identalia has the largest clinic in Zagreb, Croatia, and offers complete dental treatment. I manage the team of 8-10 employees and collaborators. I mainly supervise sales and handle all organisational and administrative matters, relations with suppliers, personnel selection and contract negotiations. I strive to achieve results and meet targets by carefully following quarterly OKRs (Objectives and Key Results).
