I consistently rank as both top sales and service agent within our agent organization. One area that I have excelled at has been cross selling. Being the primary service agent has allowed me to capitalize on the cross-sell opportunity and along with the work I do on sales leads, I am consistently ranking in the lead for sales. I understand that providing my customers the best options for their needs allows me to gain trust and create optimal solutions for each situation.
