ABOUT VERONICA SCHEUBEL

With a passion for accompanying and supporting *reflective transformational evolution* in organisations, teams, and individuals, I am an Organisational Change Consultant, a Relational Leadership Trainer & Coach, and an Advisor on Corp. Responsibility/Sustainability/ESG, Stakeholder Dialogue & Engagement, and Cross-Sector Partnerships for Collaborative Impact. I have worked at all levels of an organization, in different cultures, in more than 30 countries, and in three languages. A key focus is on listening and immersion; accompanying and supporting individuals and teams in understanding themselves and each other more deeply with diverse views and assumptions, hopes, concerns, and expectations; nurturing evolution of their full potential; and achieving sustainable quality of stakeholder relationships and cross-sector collaboration.Prior to building my own practice, I was for many years Senior Corporate Responsibility Manager with global responsibility at Nokia (also co-wrote a handbook on Corporate Community Involvement) and then got an executive Master\'s degree in Organisational Change Consulting, plus additional training in coaching. I have successfully consulted and facilitated workshops & trainings on leadership, strategy, development, culture, change, Corporate Responsibility/Sustainability with groups/teams @ multinational corporations like E.ON, Daimler, Huawei, hybris, Kingfisher, Microsoft, SAP, Skoda, Skype, ThyssenKrupp, Wacom; major NGOs like Plan International or GAIN; and executive education institutions like International School of Communication (London/Dubai), Boston College Center for Corporate Citizenship, University of Aberdeen.As a coach, I have worked with clients from companies such as Adobe, Boeing, Diageo, E.ON, Evonik, Pitney Bowes, Wells Fargo. As an Associate of The Partnering Initiative, I accompany cross-sector partnerships between business, government & civil society organisations, as a trainer, facilitator and mediator.
