My industry sector of expertise is Bio-science and healthcare.How I do it - I obtain my research of bio-science and healthcare trends from businesses, training providers - colleges. This helps me stay ahead of the curve of where the jobs are and gain insight of the future direction towards healthcare. My goal with local schools that offer courses and training within the healthcare industry is to learn more about what is offered locally as well as build relationships and bridges as we go about the attraction and expansion of the healthcare industry which is then communicated to our one – stop centers. Businesses also share trends when recruiting and stress an explanation of required skill sets. This information is also shared with our Career advisors that are housed at our one-stops. Our goal – Deliver exceptional Workforce Business services such as tailored recruitment, examine ideas that impact both businesses and WIA participants which will expand and remain in Phoenix.
