For the past 14 years, I have increasingly enjoyed developing meaningful interactions and relationships with Purdue students, campus colleagues, and recruiting employers. Making an impact is always at the forefront of my mind when I envision the outcomes of my professional interactions and initiatives. Therefore, my efforts are executed to influence the greater good of career development, partnership enhancement, and outreach engagement. Daily, my commitment to DEI advocacy, career development empowerment, collaborative connections, and creative programming is lived out in the workplace. Individually and collectively, I contribute to the intentional support and positive impact of both student and employer goals. It is an honor to be a respected colleague and leader within my department, Purdue community, and professional associations - a responsibility I take seriously and appreciate, humbly.
