I build and own client relationships, hold commercial accountability for accounts, and lead delivery across complex technology engagements. For the past several years at Thoughtworks I have operated as a Delivery Principal and Engineering Partner — in practice, that means I hold the full Account Leader remit: client strategy, commercial health, delivery oversight, and team development.My work spans financial services, healthcare, retail, eCommerce, gaming, commercial property, and public sector, across the UK, Europe, and distributed teams in China and Brazil. I returned from maternity leave in 2025 directly into recovering and growing a shrinking account — rebuilding the client relationship, doubling headcount, improving margins, and earning Preferred Partner status within months.I have led national-scale programmes — including a GP records digitisation project that reduced transfer time from 8 weeks to seconds and reallocated clinical hours — and complex multi-stream transformations across 18 countries.
