ABOUT VERONICA MARCHETTA

When I was in middle school, my home was several blocks from school. In the morning, my parents would give my brother and me a ride on their way to work, but we always had to walk back. I hated it. As a result, I would always try to find a different, faster route home. Each day became a quest to save seconds and steps—and to convince my younger brother to follow along. Looking back, I realize that those hikes home were a sort of training ground for my passion in the work place today: to find the most efficient way to allocate resources, and to influence others to participate in these efforts.Over the last 10+ years, I have focused my Multifamily Property Management career in building the operational infrastructure necessary to achieve the companies’ goals of expansion and profitability. I am not just a manager, I am a leader, an HR representative, recruiter, reporting/budget expert, marketing guru, etc. I’m not only used to wearing many hats, I sincerely enjoy it. I thrive in an environment where no two work days are exactly the same. I have successfully managed new construction lease-ups, property sales, acquisitions, internal procedural overhauls and benchmark reconfigurations.Along with on-the-job experience, I have a strong educational foundation as a University of Florida Warrington Business College graduate. In addition, I’ve had my Florida Real Estate License since 2015Before becoming a student at the University of Florida, I lived in Spain with my English-speaking parents. Growing up abroad has given me cross-cultural and linguistic skills as well as enabling me to have a broad view in an increasingly globalized world.
