IT Project Manager professional supporting the Corporate Infrastructure & Security Program Management Office (PMO) partners with business partners and other IT PMOs providing portfolio management excellence in the delivery of strategic programs that enable our business to help make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer. Responsible for managing and delivering IT projects, and assisting more senior project managers and PMO leaders in managing large projects and the overall IT portfolio. Responsible for all aspects of assigned projects, providing direction to project teams and is ultimately responsible for project success- Oversee all aspects of project scope, schedule, risks and overall management to ensure and drive successful delivery of assigned projects - May work on IT project management aspects of Mergers, Acquisitions, Divestitures and Integrations- Define and establish deliverables and milestones in project plans, and ensure that they are achieved within cost, schedule, scope, and quality - Responsible for managing and overseeing the operation of assigned projects, conducting requirements sessions, setting milestones, reviewing progress, reporting status, re- allocating resources, and resolving conflicts - Responsible for project budget development and management for assigned projects covering overall capital and operating expense - Assures that project teams are managing communications, change management, and training - Work with the PMO Team and Senior Leaders to help practice and spread project management standards, disciplines and rigor - Assists IT PMO leader in managing IT portfolio including working with IT leadership and driving heat maps and road maps, including resourcing and budgeting discussions
