I lead the full-cycle proposal process, serving as the RFP subject matter expert for Government & Defense proposals across Healthcare & Medical Solutions, Mission Support Solutions, and Construction Engineering Solutions. I specialize in Engineering/Construction bids and act as the team formatting guru, assisting with proposal formatting as needed. I design and implement proposal and past performance organizational systems and structures that streamline workflows and improve team efficiency. My background in the Air Force as an Air Traffic Controller also provided me with a solid foundation in project planning and coordination, managing the flow of over aircraft in some of the busiest airspaces in the United States and abroad.
