Currently, as a Proposal Manager, I thrive on the excitement of new government solicitations. The planning, scheduling, and coordination involved in this role allow me to leverage my strongest skill—Project Planning. I have an insatiable curiosity and a passion for thorough research. This dedication to knowledge extends to my professional life, where I continually seek new opportunities to expand my skills, education, and certifications. I believe in the importance of sharing knowledge and have been recognized for my proactive approach to learning. I am currently pursuing a Master\'s Degree in Project Management to further enhance my expertise and career prospects. Additionally, I excel in identifying creative solutions to streamline procedures and enhance efficiency. I have developed and formalized many standard processes and procedures for various teams, continuously revising and improving them. My work in the IT sector, particularly in government proposals, has allowed me to enhance operational efficiency and lay the groundwork that enables others to excel in their roles. My background in the Air Force as an Air Traffic Controller also provided me with a solid foundation in project planning and coordination, managing the flow of over aircraft in some of the busiest airspaces in the United States and abroad.

   May 2025 — Present

   I lead the full-cycle proposal process, serving as the RFP subject matter expert for Government & Defense proposals across Healthcare & Medical Solutions, Mission Support Solutions, and Construction Engineering Solutions. I specialize in Engineering/Construction bids and act as the team formatting guru, assisting with proposal formatting as needed. I design and implement proposal and past performance organizational systems and structures that streamline workflows and improve team efficiency. In addition, I lead recurring training sessions with my peers to strengthen proposal best practices, elevate team performance, and strengthen team comradery in a remote environment. Collaborating closely with Business Development, Capture Managers, Subject Matter Experts, and Portfolio Managers, I advance the CBRE GDS mission by preparing winning proposals that position our organization for success and build lasting customer relationships.
